Website and catalog use
This website provides vehicle application information, product details, interactive diagrams, account tools, and ordering services. You may use it only for lawful purposes and may not attempt to disrupt the service, access restricted systems, scrape protected data at unreasonable volume, or misuse another person's account.
Fitment and emissions information
Fitment depends on accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, engine, drivetrain, wheelbase, production details, and emissions configuration. Catalog data is provided to assist product selection, but the vehicle and the physical part should be checked before installation. The customer and installer remain responsible for confirming local emissions and road-use requirements.
Product information and availability
We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. Images may be representative. A product may be corrected, restricted, or made unavailable when information is incomplete or a listing error is discovered.
Prices, currency, tax, and shipping
Prices are shown in the selected storefront currency. The checkout summary identifies the transaction currency and any shipping or tax calculated for the delivery address. Your final total is the amount presented for approval before payment.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout information does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation and order validation. We may contact you for clarification or cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing error, unavailable product, suspected fraud, address problem, or legal restriction.
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Do not send payment credentials by email.
Shipping and risk
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, address corrections, weather, customs, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. Review the Shipping & Delivery page for current guidance.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility depends on product condition, installation status, the reason for return, supplier restrictions, and applicable law. Contact support and receive instructions before sending any product back. Refund timing can also depend on inspection and the payment provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for providing accurate account and order information. Notify us if you believe an account or order has been used without authorization.
Liability and professional installation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marathon Exhaust is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect vehicle information, improper installation, unauthorized modification, use contrary to product instructions, or failure to follow emissions and safety requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
