Shipping destinations and charges
The online store is designed for supported addresses in Canada and the United States. Available service, charges, and any free-shipping threshold are based on current store settings and are shown in the checkout summary before payment.
Address accuracy
Provide a complete deliverable address, unit or suite number, telephone number, and postal or ZIP code. Address validation may standardize the format. Review any correction before completing checkout.
Processing and estimates
Order processing begins after payment confirmation and order review. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Product availability, oversized items, carrier operations, weather, address corrections, customs, and remote destinations can affect timing.
Tracking
Tracking information appears after fulfillment creates the shipment and provides the carrier details. A newly created label may not show movement until the carrier performs its first scan.
Damage, shortage, or delivery problem
Inspect the shipment promptly. Keep the product and packaging and take photographs of visible damage, labels, and missing contents. Contact info@marathonexhaust.ca with the order number so the issue can be reviewed before installation.
